Dave Martin is HRA's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dave manages and directs a wide variety of client programs and assignments including involvement in designing and implementing organizational, team building, and leadership development programs tailored to client specific needs, as well as work in the areas of policy development, compensation, and performance management.
Dave has more than 25 years of senior level human resource experience across the full range of policy and organizational climates. His corporate experience includes key senior positions with the U.S. Air Force, Southeast National Bank of Pennsylvania, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Amtrak.
He brings HRA and its clients the expertise derived from director-level responsibilities for employment, labor relations, training, compensation, benefits, employee assistance, affirmative action, and human resource information systems.
Dave has a Master's degree in personnel administration and management from George Washington University's School of Government and Business Administration.
He's also a graduate of the University of Virginia's Executive Development Program and the Air Force Leadership and Management Development Center's Professional Personnel Management Program.
Jon Martin is HRA's Vice President of Marketing and Client Services.
After several years with MBNA as a top-performing Account Manager, Jon joined HRA Services in 2001. A graduate of Penn State University focusing in advertising, communications, and marketing, he launched HRA’s Recruiting Support Services in 2003 to assist new and existing clients in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-quality talent.
Within five years, this program has risen to be among HRA’s most popular offerings. In addition, Jon also manages and coordinates a variety of other client programs and assignments, including organizational development, team building, and leadership development programs, as well as salary administration and variable pay programs.
In addition to principal responsibility for HRA’s marketing and client communications initiatives, Jon understands the importance of objective position evaluation and comprehensive compensation analysis. He has played an integral role in various compensation planning and program assignments, ranging from sales incentive programs in manufacturing to salary administration and variable pay programs for financial institutions, including commercial banks, thrifts, and credit unions.
Beyond his management consulting interests, Jon is an accomplished pilot and certified flight instructor. Among his other activities is his love for restoring WWII era aircraft, for which he has won national recognition.
